For any problems that require computing a confidence interval or carrying
out a hypothesis test, check the assumptions regarding population size
and regarding sample size (write down your findings).  Then do the requested
computation.

Textbook problems:  19.12, 19.13, 19.25  
Check assumptions as above.  Do the confidence intervals and z-tests by 
hand.  Confirm your p-values using SAS to perform a Chi square test.
Turn in your SAS program and output as well as your written answers.

Textbook problem:  20.21, 20.22
Check assumptions.  See the box on p. 545 of your book for how to evaluate
sample size assumptions for Chi square tests in tables bigger than 2 by 2.
Do each problem by hand.  Then use SAS to confirm your results.  Turn in
your SAS program and output as well as your written answers.
