ASC Library Check-Outs

 

Time: Friday Feb. 15, 1:30-3:30 and Monday Feb. 18, 12:30-2:00

Location: 350 SH, Actuarial Science Club Desk (in the far back corner of the room)

ASC Library Return Procedure

 

Please return all the ASC library study materials ASAP

 

Instructions:

  1. Anyone who borrowed material(s) last semester are to drop off their books in the Department of Actuarial Science and Statistics (241 SH).

     

  2. Give the matierial(s) to Tammy Siegel (the nice lady that sits in the back left corner).

     

  3. Sign the form so that we have confirmations that you returned everything.

     

  4. Be nice to Tammy.

If you do not return study materials you will receive an e-mail from the ASC and if you are unable to return the material you are liable for it.  Remember all these study items are for the members of ASC and were personally donated by other students and companies to help all member of ASC to perform well on the exams thus improving our overall Actuarial program at the university.

 

 

ASC Library Donation Procedure

 

Instructions:

  1. Bring your donated material(s) to the Department of Actuarial Science and Statistics (241 SH). 

     

  2. Label material(s) with either a post-it or sheet of paper on the item(s) donated that includes your name.

     

  3. Give the material(s) to Tammy Siegel and tell her you are donating to the ASC library.

     

  4. Be nice to Tammy.

*These books were donated by members who could have sold them, but chose to donate them for your benefit. Please be considerate and treat the books with care.
